1. Booking & Payment Policy
- Customers must provide accurate information when booking a cab.
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
- We accept payments through secure online gateways and UPI.
- Booking confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp upon successful payment.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation: If you cancel before 24 hours of the scheduled ride, a partial refund may be processed (cancellation charges may apply).
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 12 hours of the ride.
- Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
3. Pricing & Additional Charges
- Prices are subject to change based on demand, availability, and fuel costs.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra waiting time.
- Additional stops beyond the agreed destination.
- Night-time travel surcharges (if applicable).
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must be on time for pick-ups.
- Passengers should treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
- Alcohol, smoking, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our cabs.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen items left in the cab.
- We do not provide travel insurance; passengers are advised to arrange their own coverage.
6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
